Seen as a perfect social gathering place, this restaurant works on the continuous search for local products and dishes. Hosting the event will be \u201cmaster of the house\u201d\u00a0<strong>Andrea Gherra<\/strong>and Birra del Borgo founder\u00a0<strong>Leonardo Di Vincenzo.\u00a0<\/strong>Starring beers, looking for the perfect match with chefs\u00a0<strong>Miro Mattalia and Riccardo Arduino\u2019<\/strong><strong>s\u00a0<\/strong>proposals, will be\u00a0two bizarre and a seasonal one:\u00a0<strong>Caos,\u00a0<\/strong>made of Malvasia\u2019s must,<strong>Equilibrista,\u00a0<\/strong>realized with 40% of must from Tenuta di Bibbiano\u2019s wine, and\u00a0<strong>Saracena,\u00a0<\/strong>experimentally produced with tartaric buckwheat. After Turin<strong>, BIZARRE CHEFS will get to Rome on October 20, hosted by Adriano Baldassarre in his restaurant \u201cTordomatto\u201d,\u00a0<\/strong>in the Trionfale area. November 3 will be the turn of Milan with\u00a0<strong>Cesare Battisti\u2019s Ratan\u00e0,\u00a0<\/strong>nestled in a beautiful building of the late twentieth century.\u00a0<strong>Chef Niko Romito will be then in charge of the closing event, on November 24:\u00a0<\/strong>together with his staff from Reale restaurant in Castel di Sangro (3 stars Michelin) and with the Niko Romito Training, the chef will serve salty and sweet versions of his Bomba in our\u00a0<strong>Spiedino\u2019s brewery, in Borgorose,\u00a0<\/strong>where we have recently realized the suggestive \u201cBancone\u201d taproom, a place for meeting, purchasing, tasting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beer and cuisine, haute cuisine, what do they have in common?
