\nThe picture was taken today at\u00a0Eataly Bari<\/a>\u00a0big opening: it\u2019s the 10th Eataly Shop only in Italy, and it also host the third\u00a0Birreria<\/a>\u00a0in the world, following\u00a0New York<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Rome<\/strong>! Do you still need one more reason for planning your next trip to\u00a0Bari<\/strong>, just on the heel of the\u00a0boot<\/em>-shaped Italian Peninsula?\u00a0Here you have it:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>at\u00a0Eataly Bari Birreria<\/strong>, you will be able to sip your craft beer\u00a0<\/span>while you are\u00a0looking at the sea!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eataly Bari<\/strong>\u00a0will count\u00a08.000 square meters<\/strong>\u00a0in the monumental part of the\u00a0Fiera del Levante<\/a>\u00a0–\u00a0 the largest trade fair in the Adriatic –\u00a0 facing the sea. Here you will find\u00a015 \u201cristorantini\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0(small and informal restaurants dedicated to different typical Italian food), a huge\u00a0market<\/strong>\u00a0selling the best Italian and Apulian products,\u00a0two classrooms<\/strong>\u00a0for cooking classes held by local chef and aCongress center<\/strong>. Over\u00a01000 Italian craft food producers will be displayed,\u00a0<\/strong>and many of them are from the region Apulia or belongs to\u00a0Slow Food Presidia.<\/p>\n

Once again, the\u00a0Eataly project\u00a0<\/strong>shows its\u00a0commitment to authentic\u00a0Italian food production and culture<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

And beside many famous chefs and craftsmen of taste, there is also\u00a0Birreria!<\/strong>\u00a0Just like in\u00a0New York\u00a0and\u00a0Rome<\/a>,\u00a0 we are talking about a real\u00a0micro-brewery<\/strong>\u00a0established by three\u00a0\u201cBirreria Brothers\u201d<\/em>\u00a0 Teo Musso, Sam Calagione\u00a0<\/strong>and \u201cour\u201d\u00a0Leonardo Di Vincenzo<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Birreria Bari<\/strong>\u00a0offers ten different craft beers on tap: many of them come from the three breweries involved \u2013\u00a0BdB<\/strong>,\u00a0Baladin<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Dogfish\u00a0<\/strong>– but you will also find other Italian craft beers on a rotation basis, and of course the\u00a0\u201chouse brews\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The resident brewer at\u00a0Bari Birreria<\/strong>\u00a0is\u00a0Achille Lombardo Pijola<\/strong>, who spent the last year brewing in\u00a0Borgorose<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>Piozzo<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Birreria at Eataly Roma<\/a>!
\nBy now,\u00a0Leo, Teo and Sam\u00a0<\/strong>already created the first\u00a0\u201cmade in Bari\u201d brews:\u00a0<\/strong>they wanted to celebrate the\u00a0charming Mediterranean scents<\/strong>, using herbs and spices from the local area like\u00a0roses, citrus<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0pink pepperocorn<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The first beer is a\u00a0citrus-perfumed Golden Ale\u00a0<\/strong>while the second is a delicate and refreshing\u00a0Blanche\u00a0<\/strong>with\u00a0pink peppercorn, wild roses and orange zest.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
