Yes, our boss and brewer\u00a0Leonardo will fly to Oz<\/strong>\u00a0in less than two weeks\u2026 but he didn\u2019t decide to go seek his fortune elsewhere like many Italian yougn talents do\u2026 he will spend there one week for a\u00a0short but busy promotional tour<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 with many tastings, events and meetings \u2013 that has been set up for him by our friends at\u00a0Birra Italiana: we have to thank them if\u00a0Italian craft beer<\/strong>\u2013 our and other great breweries\u2019one \u2013 made it to\u00a0down under,<\/strong>\u00a0 winning a great success!<\/span><\/p>\n

Sydney<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sunday 17th\u00a0 February:<\/strong>\u00a0Leo will join\u00a0Rootstock Festival: an interesting event dedicated to\u00a0sustainable food & wine<\/strong>\u00a0(and beer!). He will be giving a\u00a0Masterclass about cheese&beer pairing<\/strong>\u00a0together with cheese expert Kristen Allan, presenting\u00a0ReAle Extra<\/a>\u00a0with a beer-rinsed cheese. Attendants will also be able to taste\u00a0Caos<\/a>,\u00a0Rubus,<\/a>\u00a0Reale 7 Anniversario e<\/a>\u00a0My Antonia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Monday 18th February:\u00a0Meet the Brewers at<\/strong>\u00a0The Local Taphouse Sydney. Birra del Borgo and other Italian craft beers will be on tap in one of the best beer places in Sydney, for an informal meet up.<\/p>\n

Tuesday 19th February:\u00a0Italian Showcase<\/strong>, tasting dinner at\u00a0Pilu at Freshwater. Two Italian culinary legends in Oz,\u00a0Giovanni Pilu<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Alessandro Pavoni<\/strong>\u00a0will cook a 6-courses feast to match our beers.\u00a0Leonardo<\/strong>\u00a0will present each beer, talk about the inspiration and the flavour and passion behind each beer.<\/p>\n

Wednesday 20th February:<\/strong>\u00a0 tasting dinner at\u00a0Galileo Buona Cucina<\/strong>: chef Vincenzo\u2019s dishes will meet our beers, introduced by Leo.<\/p>\n

Thursday 21st February:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cBizzarre Night\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0Freo Doctor<\/strong>\u00a0with six among our\u00a0Bizzarre<\/a>\u00a0beers, including\u00a0Etrusca\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Reale in Kilt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Friday 22nd February:<\/strong>\u00a0aperitivat\u00a0The Quarie<\/strong>\u00a0and then\u00a0Meet the Brewer dinner\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0at\u00a0Sail and Anchor<\/p>\n
