As usual, we will introduce some\u00a0<strong>new beer<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 or some old beer\u00a0<strong>we go back in love for<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 and we will say\u00a0<strong>goodbye<\/strong>\u00a0(at least for this year!) to some other.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As we wait to upload the whole\u00a0<strong>2013 Bizzarre\u2019s Calendar<\/strong>, we start telling you something about\u00a0<strong>Prunus<\/strong>, January\u2019s Bizzarra, where<strong>\u00a0cherries<\/strong>\u00a0have been added!<\/p>\n<p>Actually,\u00a0<strong>Prunus<\/strong>\u00a0is so called after the<strong>\u00a0cherry\u2019s bothanical name,<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Prunus Avium<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0<em>Cerasu<\/em>s according to variety. About 20% of\u00a0<strong>fresh cherries with their stones<\/strong>\u00a0were added to our spelt beer<a title=\"duchessa\" href=\"https:\/\/birradelborgo.it\/en\/birre\/scheda\/5\/duchessa\">\u00a0Duchessa<\/a>\u00a0. Differently from the typical Belgian<em>\u00a0kriek<\/em>, it is<strong>\u00a0not too sour<\/strong>\u00a0as it keeps some of the Duchessa\u2019s\u00a0<strong>smoothness<\/strong>.
