The common theme will be\u00a0<strong>\u201cFoods that change the world.\u201d<\/strong>A revolutionary project like Slow Food\u2019s one demands a new way of thinking:\u00a0<em>Food for thought, thought for food.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Could we say that\u00a0<strong>craft beer can change the world<\/strong>?\u00a0 Well, it changed our life, for sure, and the life of many beerlovers and homebrewers that appreciate our beers and those made by the many craft breweries all around the world. And it\u2019s no coincidence that\u00a0<strong>many events and taste workshops<\/strong>\u00a0at this year Salone del Gusto are dedicated to craft beer!<\/p>\n<p>You will find there more than<strong>\u00a040 micro-breweries<\/strong>: among them 20 will attend the event for the first times, and several come from abroad. Of course,\u00a0<strong>we will be there, too!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Join us at our stall \u2013\u00a0<strong>Pavillion 3, 3A 076<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 we will be happy to show you (and let you taste) our beers, some exclusive new brews included, and to tell you everything about<strong>\u00a0our projects and our collaborations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will launch our brand new (yet very \u201cold\u201d!)\u00a0Etrusca, that is finally reade to be tasted!
