But the new month also brings<strong>\u00a0something good for us<\/strong>: the new\u00a0<strong>Bizzarra<\/strong>, our\u00a0<a title=\"Scik Pils\" href=\"https:\/\/birradelborgo.it\/en\/birre\/scheda\/11\/scik_pils\">Scik Pils<\/a>!<span id=\"more-86\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Birra del Borgo\u2019s own interpretation of\u00a0<strong>the classic Czech pilsner<\/strong>. Not so classic the generous use of\u00a0<strong>American hops<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 cascade and centennial \u2013 that join the noble<strong>\u00a0saaz hop<\/strong>\u00a0from Czech Republic, also used in\u00a0<strong>dry hopping<\/strong>. This gives the beer a unique and intense flowery bouquet.<\/p>\n<p>Brewed with a\u00a0<strong>triple decoction<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 following the Czech tradition for this kind of beer \u2013 it has\u00a0<strong>intense hoppy and malted note<\/strong>s. Dry and fresh, it has a strong,\u00a0<strong>unique bitter finish<\/strong>.
