Are you ready to spend a different Saturday, while tasting beers never tried before, joining workshops, listening to live concerts, eating tons of clams, oysters and more? Saturday, February 24 will be OYSTER DAY again, <\/b>Birra del Borgo\u2019s festival dedicated to the public production of Perle ai Porci, <\/i><\/b>a stout beer produced with oyster.<\/span><\/p>\n

Festival will start at 12:00pm and go on until late night.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

3:00pm – 1st Workshop – Black Passion<\/span><\/p>\n

4:00pm – 2nd Workshop – Oysters, bubbles and amphoras\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5:00pm – 3rd Workshop – Say \u201cCheeeese\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

5:30pm – Spaghetti with oysters<\/span><\/p>\n

6:00pm – 2nd Meet the Brewer – Guided tour<\/span><\/p>\n

6:30pm – Beer production ends<\/span><\/p>\n
