Pearls for pigs, a real gem!

Perle ai Porci – Pearls for pigs – is our March’s Bizzarra. Inspired by the Nordic tradition, it is a dark coloured stout. During the brew we added 45 kilos of fresh oysters with their shell and this year we also used a brand new “marine” ingredient, just to give the beer a more Italian taste!
