Birra del Borgo is one of the main issues of this 2018 Outdoor Festival.
We will be there at “La Pelanda” stand together with LISA, our new “simply amazing” lager made with Senatore Cappelli grain and orange crusts, the only one beer at the event! On Wednesday, April 25 Outdoor Fest hosted “RE(THINKING)ART”, celebrating a not-so-expected bond: the one between beer and art. Can such different languages mingle to create something new and avant-garde? Something that can remain as a heritage for tomorrow? Beer and new performance art linked together through the work of lettering artist Daniele Tozzi, alias Pepsy, and his canvas. His live performance was actually dedicated to Birra del Borgo’s logo, the tower standing out on the hill by Borgorose, the small town between Lazio and Abruzzo, where our brewery was founded in 2005. Daniele draws letters, specifically calligrams, creating shapes out of words. His work, inspired by Birra del Borgo’s Heritage (intended as history and patrimony, main topic of the event) is still on stage at the Festival, wanna come see it?
