Birra del Borgo’s own interpretation of the classic Czech pilsner. Not so classic the generous use of American hops – cascade and centennial – that join the noble saaz hop from Czech Republic, also used in dry hopping. This gives the beer a unique and intense flowery bouquet.
Brewed with a triple decoction – following the Czech tradition for this kind of beer – it has intense hoppy and malted notes. Dry and fresh, it has a strong, unique bitter finish. With a moderate ABV – 4,8% vol – it’s perfect to freshen up your mind… if the cold wheater is not enough!
