The 13th edition of Birra del Borgo Day just ended, and we were hoping to do well but could have never expected to host 20.000 visitors in just three days.
Besides the numbers, what’s good is that we found old friends again, we saw our important partnerships always well-founded, and also got in touch with new prospective partners. It is clear that all those involved in the event have been standing by us to share the idea of quality that we’ve been working on since 2005.
Our beer festival’s main aim was to extend our attention beyond the beer itself, giving importance to other elements as well: culinary art, music, arts, and culture in general. The event spread stories, ideas, sounds, colors and images that found their deserved space next to the guest star’s, beer.
Birra del Borgo Day is a festival, a big lawned park where you can lie down just watching the children laughing and playing balls, it’s that place where people can’t wait to meet, every year, the curiosity new visitors have to get there and discover, it’s the idea of a free beer that also matches with food, arts, music, reflection.
It’s the celebration of chefs and good food, brewers, makers, musicians, families and whoever feels the need to share something interesting to say. It is our party, but most of all it is you party. Because quality is everyone’s right, and this is what we want to stress every year through Birra del Borgo Day.
