On Wednesday, June 27 Birra del Borgo is at Alto Restaurant, on the top floor of Selfridges department store’s building, boasting one of London’s most breathtaking views on Oxford Street’s roofs, to celebrate with our talented chefs the Italian “buon vivere” – “good lifestyle”.
From North to South, it will be a beautiful trip telling the story of our beautiful country, the “Belpaese”, and the celebration of the perfect match between beer and gourmet food, very dear to Birra del Borgo.
Many guests will be present at the event: Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani from restaurant Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia (Milan), Annie Feolde and Riccardo Monco from Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, Cristina Bowerman from restaurant Glass Hostaria in Rome, the Caputo family from La Taverna del Capitano representing the Amalfi Coast and last, from sweet Noto in Sicily, patissier Corrado Assenza. An Italian table in the heart of London, where great dishes from talented representatives of the Italian cuisine will be tasted along with Birra del Borgo’s beers.
