Saturday, December 16th, we are organizing a special day at our old brewery of Collerosso. An experience, through fermenters and barrels, to assist and participate to the last spontaneous brew of the year. The coolship, our big open tank ready to cool the must, will be at the center of our activities which comprises laboratories, tastings, BBQ and cooking, visits at the brewery, live music and a special TapList.
The “Be Spontaneous Day” will also be the occasion to tell about a new project: a new line of independent spontaneous beers signed by Collerosso with a strong identity and a new, personal style.
