Birra del Borgo presents its new Lager made with Senatore Cappelli’s grain and orange peels. Lisa, she seems to have emerged from a 1950’s manifest, of those who promise a new, light, light-hearted and brave life. She rides a flaming red bike, free and joyful, carrying grain (Senatore Cappelli) and oranges. This is the recipe of the new lager produced by Birra del Borgo. The world of low fermentation will have its beer symbol: Italian, elegant, simple but unique. The LISA project has been underway since 2015, and Birra del Borgo was attending this new challenge: the creation of an Italian product, in terms of ingredients and style, that can embrace a wide audience, eager to rediscover quality even in simplicity. LISA is intense, soft, fascinating and incredibly fresh and light. Lisa has a golden color, it is bright with an inviting foam, elegant but firm, scented with cereal and bread crust. A lager that aspires to become a symbol of simplicity while maintaining a strong personality thanks to the elegance of Italian style, Birra del Borgo’s style. In the 33 cl bottle version you may find many nuances and a precise will: to give uniqueness, Italian charm and refinement to the lager style, while keeping intact the lightness and simplicity that characterizes it.
It will be presented from February 17th to the 20th, at the BEER ATTRACTION in Rimini, the international fair dedicated to beer specialties, craft beers and food for the Horeca channel.
